The stages and characteristics of failure in Kunshan forging press project


The fault characteristics of construction machinery and equipment are diverse and have different characteristics according to different stages of use.


(1) Fault characteristics of construction machinery in the initial stage of use. In the early use of construction machinery (equivalent to the turn-in period), its failure is from high to low (decline curve), and the failure rate in the early use is related to the manufacturing or maintenance quality and the use of the turn-in period. If the construction machinery is manufactured or repaired of high quality, and can be used and maintained correctly. Then, the initial failure rate is low. Otherwise, the early failure rate will be high. The early failure is mostly loose or loose coupling bolts; Loose or loose pipe joint: residual metal chips or casting sand is easy to block the oil passage or pinch the parts (such as the actuator cylinder in the hydraulic system) in the relative motion friction, resulting in oil leakage, the adjusted gap or pressure changes, so that the parts can not perform the specified capacity, some joints due to bolts are not tight and water leakage, oil leakage, air leakage, etc.


(2) Fault characteristics of construction machinery in the normal use stage. After the end of the running-in period, the construction machinery enters the normal use stage. Construction machinery in this stage of operation, as long as maintenance and correct use according to the regulations, generally will not fail, even if the failure, is also a random fault (this fault has hidden, maintenance or inspection is not easy to find), so the failure rate is very low, the curve gentle rise. If the construction machinery fails during the normal use period, it is mostly accidental or caused by improper use and maintenance.


(3) Fault characteristics of construction machinery used near the overhaul period. When the construction machinery is used close to the overhaul period, the loss of each component increases. The technical situation has deteriorated. This stage of failure is characterized by a high failure rate. And generally, most of them are caused by excessive wear and aging of parts, and there are more blockage, leakage and bad phenomena in the oil circuit.


(4) Fault characteristics of construction machinery in different seasons. The failure rate of multi-station hydraulic press construction machinery is related to the season. When the machinery is used at low temperature in winter, the failure rate is higher than that in summer. For example, fuel supply systems are often poorly atomized in winter due to low temperatures. The fuel is easy to coagulate and the oil circuit is blocked and not easy to start. Or engine running stall and other failures; Poor fluidity of lubricating oil accelerates wear of machine parts; Battery leakage, resulting in the engine is not easy to start, braking is not reliable, liquid transmission is not normal.
