2, forging press cylinder flange and beam of the connection bolt is often loose, if not tightened in time, will lead to the cylinder movement and impact, so that the beam touch surface is constantly compressed, component touch. The bolt connecting to the new air purifier is tightened under the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. Some small hydraulic press in the bottom of the cylinder with a clamp ring or key to tighten the cylinder and the beam, to avoid the loosening of the cylinder has a certain role.
3, the oil tank of the forging press equipment should do a good job of anti-freezing operations to avoid the formation of leaks. This is particularly needed in the winter, but also to do a good job in advance to prevent the operation. Secondly, the appropriate hydraulic oil should be replaced according to the change in temperature. The importance of hydraulic oil as a working medium to the equipment must now be obvious. The smooth operation of the forging hydraulic press must be in place, and the smooth oil should be added regularly to avoid damage to the hydraulic components.
