The starting and stopping hydraulic shock of the hydraulic system of the servo hydraulic press is inevitable in the actual production, which seriously affects the work efficiency of the servo hydraulic press, so we should take active measures to deal with it, and the fundamental way to avoid abnormal high pressure is to set an overflow valve in the loop and slow down the hydraulic shock.


(1) The relief valve is set in the hydraulic circuit to avoid the abnormal external high pressure circuit. When cylinder 1 is suspended, the pressure in the cylinder is raised because of inertia, and an relief valve is provided to avoid abnormal high pressure. Circuits that avoid abnormal high voltage due to component inactivity. When cylinder 2 is lowered, if the balance valve 1 is faulty and does not act, abnormal high pressure occurs on the piston rod side, and the relief valve 3 can be set to avoid this situation. Avoid abort of abnormally high voltage circuits. When the hydraulic motor 2 drives the load with large inertia and the reversing valve 1 returns to the median, a large hydraulic impact occurs. The brake valve 3 can drain the compressed high-pressure oil, and the oil can be sucked from the tank through the check valve to fill the vacuum in the other side of the tubing to prevent the occurrence of air pockets.


(2) Slow down the hydraulic shock, using the flow valve to slow down the hydraulic shock circuit. When starting, the electro-hydraulic reversing valve 1 and the electromagnetic reversing valve 2 are reversed together, the opening of the flow valve 3 is slowly opened, and the motor 5 is slowly operated. When stopping, the opening of the flow valve 3 is slowly closed by the electromagnetic reversing valve 2 to slow down the motor speed. At this time, the electro-hydraulic reversing valve 1 is in the middle position and the motor stops. Acceleration and deceleration are adjusted by the saving device. Hydraulic shock mitigation can also be achieved by setting up hydraulic cylinder end buffer and stroke saving control.


Slow down the hydraulic shock of the servo hydraulic press can also be achieved by setting the hydraulic cylinder short point buffer measure and stroke throttling control. The relief valve is set in the hydraulic circuit of the servo hydraulic press, which is a circuit to prevent abnormal external high pressure.
