The forging equipment is formed by applying pressure to the metal, the basic characteristic is that the force is large, so it is mostly heavy equipment, which is equipped with safety protection devices to ensure equipment and personal safety. We should pay attention to the following points when operating forging equipment:
1, the operator should have a high degree of responsibility, familiar with the equipment operation skills, non-operator is strictly prohibited to operate the machine.
2, the equipment used should be carefully checked before starting, the equipment should be well maintained, the safety protection device is complete and effective, the clutch, brake and control device should be sensitive and reliable, the solid parts should not be loose, the grounding protection of electrical appliances is reliable, and the lubrication system has no blockage or lack of oil.
3. Before operation, personal protective equipment must be prepared, work clothes, work shoes and work cap should be worn, and women's braids should not be exposed outside the work cap. All the tools used should be prepared, the machine tools should be cleaned around, and the blank materials should be placed neatly and balanced.
4, the press should pay attention to the work can not wear gloves to operate the equipment, can not work while chatting, should focus on attention, no smoking at work. The workpiece is not placed, can not step on the foot switch, so as not to cause artificial accidents. After each workpiece, the hand or foot must be removed from the button or pedal to prevent misoperation.
5, it is strictly prohibited to place measuring tools and other items on the workbench and mold of the press, hydraulic press, etc.
6, when a device has multiple operations, you must use the multiple operation button to work. Everyone should have a clear division of labor, cooperate and coordinate to avoid mistakes.
7, when the equipment, mold and other related devices fail, it must be stopped for inspection. When the device is unattended, cut off the power supply.
8, no hand or finger into the die to place or take out the workpiece. Hand tools must be used to remove and release workpieces in the die.
9, after the completion of the work, should cut off the power, clean up the surrounding environment, the workpiece, tools, utensils, molds neatly placed.
10, during the production operation, the equipment, mold failure, should be asked for professional maintenance.
